Creative Fundraising

A group of video game enthusiasts in Fort Worth, TX, self-dubbed "The Speed Gamers", is hosting a Final Fantasy marathon to raise money for the Autism Care and Treatment (ACT) organization. For the duration of one week, several young men are switching off playing through every one of Squaresoft's Final Fantasy RPGs (with the exception of X-2, the massively multiplayer XI, and side games in the series). They hope to raise a total of $20,000 for "families that cannot afford or access the treatments their autistic children need."

To see watch their marathon live in progress or donate to their cause, visit TheSpeedGamers' website.
